Predominantly made from Kaolin (soft mineral)
& Chalk (a fine-grained refined limestone), these are extremely
finely ground so that they don’t grind or scratch the teeth. These soft minerals are mixed with Vegetable Glycerine to
create a paste.
It can take a couple of days to get use to a
toothpaste that doesn’t foam (lather has a ‘cosmetic’ function,
toothpaste is not suppose to froth!) many people find that avoiding
toothpaste that contains the irritant SLS (which produces the froth),
eases the painful condition of mouth ulcers.
Also added is Arnica tincture well known for
supporting inflammation and mouth sores, Myrrh essential oil added for
its Antibacterial properties, a refreshing flavour with traditional
essential oil of Peppermint added plus cooling Spearmint essential
oil.
