Terms & Conditions are set out below.  Please read them carefully before ordering, printing a copy or saving them to a hard drive for future reference is recommended.

Changes may be made to the Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice to you, we reserve the right to change these terms, changes will be published on this site.

It is YOUR responsibility to check your order is accurate.

Delivery information can be found within the Delivery section.  Any dates quoted for delivery are estimated only, however we use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods as stated.

Goods are subject to availability, if we cannot supply them, you will be informed and given a full refund of what you have paid.

Payment is accepted by Credit/Debit card.

Payment is required in cleared funds before despatch. 

Online Security

All Credit/Debit card processing is handled by Nochex, they use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign.

We aim to keep details of your order and payment secure as set out in our Privacy terms, however except in cases of negligence, we are not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

If you receive damaged goods or are unhappy with our products, this is handled in accordance with our Returns policy.

Under the distance selling regulations, where applicable you may cancel your order as set out in our Rights to Cancel section.

We are not liable for any defect in the goods arising from incorrect storage by the customer.

Rights to Cancel

If you have any queries regarding your order or require cancellation of your order, please e-mail custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk.  If you are unhappy with products on receipt of delivery, or the product is faulty, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery as long as the product has not been opened, once items have been received a full refund will be given

Returns

Returns can only be accepted within 7 working days of delivery at the customers expense, unless product is faulty.  You are required to package the product adequately to prevent damages during transit, we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit.  Recorded delivery or registered post is recommended for returns to maintain insurance cover for the value of the goods.

Delivery

In general orders are dispatched 1-3 work days after they are received, if your order is URGENT, please call 01268 680832 or e-mail:  custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk where your order can be marked as a priority.

DELIVERY CHARGES - UK Mainland

All orders with a net value of £50 or more will be sent using a tracking delivery system.

DELIVERY CHARGES - UK offshore & Northern Ireland

Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges as set out in the following table:

For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

DELIVERY CHARGES - EU Only (not inc UK)

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, if you require your order by a certain date please e-mail custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk prior to ordering, we will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery on agreed dates based on information available at time of quoting. We accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from delays to delivery.
